I have just come back from Paris for the umpteenth time and like every time I go back enchanted with millions of things. But today I want to give you some advice on where to sleep in Paris, something that is becoming more and more expensive.
Paris is the city of lights, the city of love and the city where everything costs a little more than expected. And accommodation is no exception.
I’ve used Airbnb countless times but I realized that the price in this city is getting better.
So I was inclined to start using hotels.
After making many trips to the city I realized that one of the best options are the famous Ibis hotels. Although everything depends on the price and if there is a better and cheaper one I stay in that other place.
I like these hotels basically for the acceptable price that they have, because you know what you will find and because in many cases includes breakfast.
Sleeping in Paris: Ibis Styles, simple and cheap
In my last trip, to sleep in Paris I decided for an Ibis, more precisely the Ibis Styles.
What inclined me to use this hotel was its very cheap price, its location very close to Metro Line 4 and because it included free buffet breakfast.
When I talk to you about location, don’t expect to be in the center of the city. Sleeping in Paris watching the Eiffel Tower is not for any pocket so the Ibis are usually a bit far away.
In my accommodation the room was quiet, the breakfast abundant and the cleanliness acceptable.
You can’t expect luxuries, but you can expect a lot of comfort and a good price.
If you want to see more of this hotel you can do it here.
Looking for accommodation in Paris
It is one of the most visited cities in my travels. One thing or another always leads me to this place. It’s an incredible city, although I must admit that finding a place to sleep in Paris is no easy task.
As some experience I have and after having tried more than one lodging, today I am going to tell you where you can sleep to be able to see with tranquility the Arc de Triomphe, the river Seine or the Eiffel Tower.
Travelling to Paris is a great experience, as there are many things to do in this wonderful city.
But as I was telling you, one of the hardest things is to find a place to sleep in cheap Paris. It is one of the places with the most famous and expensive hotels in the world.
Finding a cheap hotel in Paris is really a feat.
But don’t worry, if you have a tight budget here I will help you, or if not, I will also show you some hotels with very good opinions.
One clarification I always make when recommending hotels is that prices are approximate and may vary depending on the time of year or hotel changes.
