Vietnam travel itinerary review: Vietnam was the first country we chose to start discovering Southeast Asia. We travel without previous experience in this area of the planet, but with a great desire to find a world completely different from the one we are used to. We left with high expectations and Vietnam (as we were supposed to) didn’t disappoint us. This country gave us incredible landscapes that were never erased from our minds, a thousand and one unforgettable adventures, a very rich food and wonderful people.
We arrived in Saigon, although in reality our route started in the island of Phu Quoc to finish in Ho Chi Minh where we would take the flight back to Spain. We would pass through the capital Hanoi, an immersion in the towns and villages around Sapa and its rice fields. We visited Cat Ba Island to be impressed with the famous Halong Bay, where we then headed to Ninh Binh, to see what is said to be the terrestrial Halong in Tam Coc. The incredible imperial city of Hue and the beautiful city, illuminated with the famous lamps, of Hoian. We finished our one-month route in the chaotic Ho Chi Minh and had time to visit the Mekong River and its floating markets in the city of Can Tho.
We recommend Vietnam without hesitation!!!
